Where required by applicable law, we recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) and other legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as valid requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the processing of personal information for targeted advertising.
If your browser or device sends a valid signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the browser or device associated with that signal and, where we can reasonably associate the signal with you, for you as a consumer, as required by applicable law.
We do not require you to create an account or provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to honor a valid opt-out signal for the browser or device that sent it.
If a universal opt-out signal conflicts with another privacy setting or program participation, we may notify you of the conflict and request confirmation where permitted by law, but we will process the signal as required by applicable law.
19. Appeals Process
If we deny your privacy-rights request, we will explain the basis for the denial to the extent permitted by law and tell you how to appeal where an appeal right applies.

We will review and respond to appeals within the time required by applicable law.
If we deny your appeal and applicable law requires it, we will also provide an online mechanism or other method through which you may contact the relevant state attorney general or other regulator to submit a complaint.
20. Response Timing
We aim to respond to verifiable privacy-rights requests within the time required by applicable law. In many cases, this is within 45 days, subject to any lawful extension.
21. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy-rights request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf and, where permitted, may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
